As an observation, the teflon is not needed on the plastic fitting that attaches to the barrel. Teflon is only required when the threads form the water seal, such as when threading the spigot onto the fitting. In this case the foam gasket is the water seal, the nut just holds the fitting tight to the barrel so the teflon doesn't do anything.

Things to fix stuff like your dryer parts, belts, pullies, fuses, heating elements. Car parts, batteries, tires, inverters. Well, thats if tge grid doesnt go down. Extra undergarments. If you can't wash anything ekse, you eant to have clean undergarments and plenty of them. Cleanliness os a priority to keep infection down. Water sterilization methods and printed instructions. Wagons or some means of transporting heavy items. Goid walking shoes. Plenty of socks. Olenty if babdages. If you've ever burned yourself, you can go through this stuff super fast.

The US produce the most household waste per person worldwide... What you did - like most other western countries - is outsourcing the production of the most dirty products. For example mining for rare earth elements is really, really dirty. In the 80s, the US was the biggest producer worldwide, polluting the rivers and soil. Now you stopped producing and sourced it out to China, demanding that they deliver it for a low price and take the pollution for the whole world. You just use it for your smartphones, computers, cars and so on. Same with uranium: you made Europe put sanctions on natural gas against Russia - but not on the uranium you import from Russia. Of course you could mine uranium in the US but it is so dirty that you just want the uranium - the pollution is outsourced to Russia. So don't think you don't produce pollution just because you can't see it in your country. And the US stopping CO2-production would make a difference for the climate change.Yes, China ist bigger (30%), because we outsourced the production to China. But the US is second (>13%). Next is India with about 7% but 3 times more people.

Rechargeable AA/AAA are really expensive. I have no reason to have this many batteries on hand. I instead when with a battery holder, to keep the batteries sorted, and just use my 18650 charger since it checks the state my NiMH while charging.
